VIP is where I call when I need anything done to my pickup. There personable & professional, whoever I speak with, I’m able to trust there advice & their work has always been great. It’s not easy to find someone that has your back, especially being a woman, garages tend to take advantage in my past experience. Not one to leave reviews as a rule, but appreciated their service, they made me feel like my truck was a priority! Thanks, VIP

I came in for an alignment appt, they got right on it. Ran the check 3 times and it was coming up fine, NO CHARGE which was amazing as they had the vehicle for 30mins at least. Very friendly and welcoming. I will continue coming to this location for the great service and their honesty. Thank you to the great employees at this location

Great service, Manager, Aaron, got me right in. Bruce made sure to check brakes and front end and my front end wasn’t bad but I told them to make it better. All the guys at the desk were polite and funny which I like. I hate stiff people at a service desk. Also helped my boss the following day.

Always a straight forward experience going to these guys on Odlin Rd in Bangor. Aaron got me in for an inspection the next day and his crew did an excellent job going through the vehicle. The one thing I enjoy about this location is that they lay out the bottom line to getting an inspection, but also add recommendations on what you should do without being pushy or trying to sell products. They give quality advice on products they themselves put on their own vehicles. If anyone thinks they might be over priced on labor, service, or products, my only argument would be you get what you paid for. While I don't believe they are over priced, the quality of service given is that of a high priced auto shop with average expenses.

Scheduled an appointment on line, first experience doing so. Arrived just before my appointment of 10:00, was greeted and my vehicle written up. Was taken into the shop to have 4 new tires installed and an alignment. Alignment was on so no charge for just a check. Was treated with courtesy and respect. Service was done quickly by an efficient staff. Was very pleased with my experience and everyone that assisted me during my visit.
